Griya Atma is surrounded by the rice paddies, the four bedroom villa is located next to Villa Griya Aditi, these two villas can actually be rented altogether as the whole seven bedrooms. The phrase Griya Atma means “The Abode of the Soul” in Sanskrit, and this villa is located in the friendly village of Tengkulak Kelod, just ten minutes away southern part of Ubud.
Griya Aditi is built along the stretch of a lush green rice paddies field and offers three bedrooms with comprehensive facilities in a beautiful local setting.
The three bedrooms are designed very homey yet they still proffer the luxury and beauty of a small villa that makes you relax and not want to move from the villa instead of going out to explore the surrounding areas.

The rice paddies stretch exactly in front of the villa, and when they are turning green, it looks like miles wide expanse of a natural lush green carpet. Definitely the village walking would be the suggested activity to be done during the stay at this villa, you could actually walk and explore directly the rice paddies field or just simply walking down the village path then you would meet up the local faces. Tengkulak village is well known for the wooden art, many local craftsmen are making small statues, masks and other wooden crafts either for local market and export, while you are walking down the village path, you can browse around or possibly making a short chat with the locals.
